1. Checked by our metal detector and workers so that there is no mud, metal or other foreign matters mixed in our products.

2. In order to guarantee the product sizes are in line with our customers' requirement, our workers will be arranged to measure the sizes by callipers or rulers. 

3. Transportation: Our deep frozen truffle and fresh truffle are both transported by cold-chains with at least two gel-bags in the cartons to assure the quality.
